GREENDALE, Wis. -- Greendale Pounced on an oppurtunity and never looked back.
The Panthers' defense got an interception on the first play of the game. The team scored on the drive and led the entire way to a 36-8 victory over Whitnall.
The Wednesday night match-up was the final game of the regular season for both teams."We know we are heading into the post-season," Whitnall coach Rob LeBoeuf said before the game. "We want to have a good, competitive game and get out without any injuries."Greendale wanted a competitive game too, and scored 36 unanswered points into the third quarter."We wanted to physically dominate this game, I don't think we are doing that," Greendale coach Rob Stoltz said at the half.The Panthers did dominate the scoreboard and the stats, led by running back Jordan Biller, who had more than 120 yards on the evening.
